Some features may be in testing or limited rollout, and we may adjust, suspend, or remove features based on product, technical, compliance, or operational needs.

• Uploading, generating, or distributing illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, explicit, or exploitative content.
• Uploading private photos of others, sensitive materials involving minors, identity documents, or highly sensitive information without permission.
• Impersonation, public deception, fraud, evasion of identification, or bypassing safety or rate limits.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, mass registration, automated abuse, attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.

The service may offer free credits, rewards, subscription credits, one-time purchases, or other entitlements. Consumption may vary by generation mode, resolution, model, and promotional policy.

Subscriptions and virtual entitlements purchased through app stores are generally governed by the relevant platform's rules. Except where required by law or policy, consumed credits and completed generation tasks are generally non-refundable.

We strive to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or expectation-matching performance. Maintenance, upgrades, network issues, cloud outages, third-party model changes, legal compliance, or force majeure may affect service availability.

If you obtain the service through Apple App Store or Google Play, you agree that the relevant platform's service terms, payment, subscription, refund, and security rules may also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms.
